Swanson Black Currant Extract 200 mg 30 Veggie Capsules

I have taken Bilberry since 2008 and it had immediate results to vastly reduce my astigmatism in my weak eye. SO much so that my flight physician who said Id have to have glasses in two years was amazed that my weak eye did NOT get worse for 10 years! BUT, suddenly Swanson introduced Black Current Extract (now I had increased my original dose of 2 bilberry capsules a day up to 4 per day by 2018). I saw that it had a higher concentration and supposedly was more effective so I immediately ordered some to try out. I have been taking 2 Black Current Extract capsules per day ever since and it was indeed more effective then 4 of the Swanson Standardized Bilberry Extract! I highly recommend it and I supplement it with a daily does of Zeazanthin/lutein capsules.
