Wrist helper

Light weight with just enough support for my carpal tunnel without being bulky or cumbersome.

Allows me to type all day long with no pain

I've used this brace for years. I'm a medical transcriptionist who types all day long. This brace is excellent for working on computer, whether in the office or at home. The plastic part of the wrist brace sits just perfectly between the inner BOTTOM part of the palm and the inner wrist (radial, median, and ulnar nerves). It helps with wrist tendonitis. Does not interfere with keys on keyboard or mouse.

Just Purchased My Second Pair

I first bought ProFlex Lightweight Wrist Supports somewhere around 6 years ago. I have bi-lateral carpal tunnel and tendinitis and I work at my computer 9+ hours per day, mostly using the keyboard. Over the years, I have tried many different brands and styles of wrists supports but they all either restricted my typing or didn't provide enough support for my wrists. These supports are perfect for me because they support my wrists without getting in the way when I type. I still use the original pair I bought, but I bought a second pair to keep one at home and one in the office. I highly recommend them.
