Warranty information
Protec cases and bags (except for MAX cases and bags) are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. MAX cases and bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Only a Warranty card submitted within 30 days of purchase and/or proof of purchase validate warranty.Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, transport damage or accidents. Protec will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products. Protec disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage.
