I use this tea since i do not drink alcohol and need something to relax after a hard day. if you drink more than a cup at one time, you may take a little nap but it does not knock you out! it has a pleasant taste ( i add one sweetener substitute ). it can be hard to find, so i buy more than one box at a time

It is delicious, with just a hint of sweet, and it's good for you with ashwaganda and other ingredients.
