Definitely runs large

I ordered a full-size down due to the reviews. I'm glad I did because even one size down was borderline too large. I would like to order a different style but I'm nervous. Does this brand always run so large? Consistency is important. That being said it's an adorable shoe and I would definitely buy more colours if I had a smaller foot. Since my foot is a 10 or a 9 in this brand I'm going to stick to the black
