Constructed of Extruded and Cast Polished Aluminum. Cast Aluminum Seat Mount Locks and Swivels 360 Degrees with Adjustment Handle and Knob. BIA Standard 4 Bolt Hole Pattern fits Virtually all Seat Brands.

.Wise seat base
Base was as described. Only major drawback is the absence of hardware (bolts & nuts). Swivels nice and locks down well. Seat can be removed with upper section of base still attached to the seat.
