Great Grits

I love grits, especially with turkey bacon, fruit, and that hot cup of coffee in the morning. Dixie Lilly is my favorite because they are easy to prepare and you can cook them to the consistency that you prefer. Want them thick? Add less water. Want them smooth and creamy? Add more water and watch the timing of your cooking in both cases. I love mine smooth and creamy so I add more water and cook them a little longer being careful to stir frequently. Over time, you will learn what works best for you.

Bagged not boxed

Don't usually buy grits in a bag but they were out of boxes. It tastes good but I would only buy it again if I could find it in a bag. Storing bagged grits is too much trouble and messy . Dixie Lily is my choice for grits.
