Great saute pan
I have been looking for a saute pan for some time already after my non stick one starting to fail. I heard great things about stainless steel cookware and I am new to the this stainless steel world so I wanted to make sure I go with a brand that I could trust and this didn't disappoint me. The pan seems like it would last because it's quite thick and heavy. It has a great cooking performance. Food comes out very nicely as long as I heat it up properly (I make sure to do the water test every time I use it). It heats up pretty fast and evenly. It works best for searing my steaks, fish and scallops and when I fry my eggs, it always come out perfectly crispy.
