Jogging has caused strain in my hip and knee. My acupuncturist and massage therapist both used kinesiology tape on them, so I bought my own to use when I jog. It definitely feels better now with the tape and the use of the foam roller.

Sticks and stays!

I purchased this tape for plantar fasciitis. I had first tried KT tape brand and was very disappointed, it didn't stick at all. This brand has works as it should. Make sure area is clean and alcohol prepped and it will stick and stay.
