Holmes Table/Clip Convertible Fan, 6-Inch (HCF0611A-BM)

I love the fact that it has a clip to mount anywhere but also has a base to clip to so it can sit on a desk or table. The two settings of high or low are enough of a difference to make it worth having two settings. It's not very noisy at all but has just enough background noise for me to fall asleep. Definitely one of the better fans i've purchased over the years. I use this fan every single day and it still works perfectly.

There are very few black clip-on fans available anywhere. I use this on my treadmill and it works great. Quiet, plenty of air. I almost always have it on low speed. I do no understand why they have a coiled cable, because when extended it puts some strain on the connection, so I would prefer a straight cable, but it is still a 5-star fan.
