this mask is a tremendous help for dry, itchy, flaky scalps. I've ditched dandruff shampoos entirely and use this mask after shampooing. I usually wet my scalp after applying and use a scalp scrubber to lather it, which helps it to penetrate more. it also leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized. the only thing to watch out for is it can leave your hair a bit oily/weighed down if you have fine hair. the scent isn't the best in my opinion, but using conditioner after usually covers it. all in all, this product is well worth it and I'm glad I discovered it because my scalp has been particularly bad this winter.

love this scalp treatment!! definitely helped with my psoriasis and the awful flakes I would get. took a few treatments to get it under control but now that it is I use it about once a week. the scene is nice, not to overpowering. the cost is a little on the high side but it was worth it to get my psoriasis problem under control.
