Product great Shipping bad bad bad

My 13 year old son ordered this product after doing the research and found it to be cheaper at Wal-Mart however the shipping was bad bad bad. He willingly paid the additional 10.69 for shipping in order to have the books asap ..like next day delivery however they didn't come for almost 4 days after the delivery. He now doesn't want to ever order anything from Wal-Mart again because he believes that they cant deliver product as promised. :(
