Timely true tale of surviving a superbug

Bacteriophages are viruses that eat bacteria. The book covers how to defeat a super bug using bacteriophages, detailing the steps in the process as a wife tries to save her husband's life. Many superbugs are now unfazed by any combination of antibiotics. Bacteriophages exist that are the natural predators of superbug bacteria, matched very specifically to particular strains and having the ability to mutate as the bacteria mutate. In the experience described by the book the husband is treated with a combination of bacteriophages obtained from a number of sources. The tale is told both from the wife's perspective and from the husband's recollections of pain and coma. We need bacteriophage therapy to combat superbugs.
