Wide enough-yay!

I love these shoes: I have a short wide foot with an extremely high instep and generally have to get a size longer to give my foot enough width .. which leads to stumbling because they are too long…. Thanks Merrell for realizing feet like mine do exist and we need comfortable stable hiking shoes too!

Perfect for wide feet, supportive, comfortable, and stable. I was debating on if I wanted the high top for ankle support or not and as you can see I didn't go for them and I am sooo happy with my purchase. It was supportive on my ankle, foot, knees, and back! I normally get back and knee aches after a long walk and these DID NOT GIVE ME THOSE PROBLEMS after hiking the colorados. I didn't roll over stepping over rocks, twigs, and debris.
