Disappointed!

I was disappointed that the vendor would let sub par product ship out to consumers. One pair of the shoe trees was defective--clearly defective due to the wood splitting on the underside of one of the units. these are made of cedar and the knot in the wood was where the fastener was drilled and placed. this caused the knot to separate making the one shoe tree worthless. QC should have done better.
