CAN NOT SET COMBINATION

FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS TO SET NEW COMBINATION. SAID PUSH IN HASP, SET, THEN PULL OUT HASP TO COMPLETE. PROBLEM IS CAN NOT PULL UP HASP, SO USELESS. ONLY SAVING GRACE IS THAT COMPANY IS SENDING ME A PRESET REPLACEMENT. HOPE IT WORKS.

Worthless

Not only can you not set a combination, you also can't even lock it to its "factory preset" in the first place! I just wasted 30 minutes trying to find YouTube videos, reading and rereading the instruction manual trying to figure it out. Do. Not. But. This. Item. It's worthless and not worth your time.
