This is a GREAT deal on the best wood chips!

I love these chips for use in my Masterbuilt smoker! Great flavor, great smoke, and versatile enough to use in a Little Chief, as well. These have become my go-to for long smokes, like brisket, as well as for kippering (hot smoking) fish. They are NOT pellets- this is the real deal, and very versatile! The mix of flavor profiles is excellent, too, although I wish I could get one with cherry and alder, along with apple and hickory. You get a lot in this pack, and can't beat the price per bag. This will last me at least 6 months, even smoking regularly. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
