I definitely feel real drowsy about 30 minutes after dissolving this gummy in my mouth. That sudden condition quickly wears off so I advise users to make sure they are in bed no later than 20 minutes after taking one gummy. I could care less about the mild odd taste which is due to the herbs. This is not candy. Sometimes I get visual anomalies when taking this before bed while watching TV. My vision gets distorted. Be careful if this formulation is causing any vision issues for you. I would not consider using this every night. I take it on nights when I feel a bit 'wired' and sense that I won't fall asleep quickly. I also use basic melatonin 5 mg frequently and it is far cheaper to buy. These will not cancel the effects of caffeine which I had to quit entirely.

I have a hard time getting to sleep but one of these gummies about an hour before bed will never fail to knock me out. I just have to make sure I'm near my bed or else I fall asleep in my recliner like grandpa watching his war documentaries. These things have hands and are great for people who have a hard time getting to sleep.
