I regretfully submit to you

I regretfully submit to you that the rings and base (UPC 50028) do not fit Remington 541-T. The 2 bolts/screws on the rear base will not allow the bolt of the rifle to be operated. The front base (extended base) is fine. The rear base on the package does not have the 2 bolts. Therein lies the problem. So, I am still looking for base/mounts for my Remington 541-T. Fit the Weatherby mdl 307

Fit the Weatherby mdl 307 just fine. The knowledge to buy the Savage bases for this model is NOT readily available. Especially since Weatherby refers to the action etc. to be a 700 crossover.

My favorite mount. With the

My favorite mount. With the extended or offset ring they work great on long action rifles. Scopes are getting shorter. (perception?) that 1/2 inch is the only way I can adjust eye releaf. The rails require a higher ring. That changes cheek weld.
