Actually, I have not yet installed these units. It will take some extra work as they are going on gates with vertical bars so I have to first install a metal plate but I knew that before purchasing. I have inspected the units and I feel positive they will do what I want once installed.

Very pleased

Very pleased. Bought several. They work fine - I had some gates that needed top and bottom latches and I was able to figure out a way to wire the 2 latches together using the convenient holes in the top of each. This could not be done with a straight wire as both would not open, but with an angle toward the top and a looped second wire to go to the top, it works well. Good price, fast shipping, good quality.

Funny how much a little gate latch can do. With the gate repaired the garden is mine again. Sorry about that deer. Item came quickly and was reasonably priced. Good job Walmart.
