Prevail Per-Fit underwear helps you manage incontinence. Comfortable to wear at night, the overnight briefs have a cloth-like backing material and a top cover. The leak-proof adult incontinence brief is equipped with a wide absorbency zone that directs liquids away from the clothing and skin, mitigating discomfort. This absorbency also helps keep bedding dry when used at night. The single-use unisex adult diaper is disposable and has tear-away sides for quick removal and disposal. Its tear-away sides make it easy to pull on as well as remove, and users simply discard the briefs after 1 use. The briefs feature a grip and hold without getting sticky with the Easy-Lock Fastener. Odor Guard in this heavy absorbency underwear works to keep odors from forming in the first place. The medium white underwear fits waists and hips from 32 to 44 in.

I found these to be a great deal. I had been getting these from Vitality Medical at 33 cents each. But without free shipping with next order, they were 69 cents each. With Walmart free shipping, these Prevails "briefs" were only 47 cents each. They are a little different from the VM Kenico but they fit well and have good stick on the tabs.

It has its place...
This product is not for physically active people; the Velcro strips are not easily undone, and then often not reusable. A trip to the restroom requires duct tape to avoid landfilling an otherwise serviceable pad. That said, the padding is generous, covering both front and back equally well, and the product is comfortable to wear and allowed enough air exchange to avoid skin irritation. As far as other peoples complaints, I qualify as a light user - worrying about smell and leakage hasn't been an issue.
