This company did not respond in kind and appears not to understand this product operational use. They have no number to contact them by. They sent no setup in instructions with this PC. For instance , a wifi wireless antenna was sent with this PC, but no instructions were sent to what USB port to plug it into. Everyone knows that there are Hi Speed 3.0 USB ports and regular 2.0 USB ports in most PC towers. They all appear the same. A customer needs instructions on which is which. I have YET thru several emails to this company been told WHICH is WHICH. I ASKED FOR A DIGRAM BUT NOTHING YET FROM THEM.
