Spreetail handling unacceptable
Product was left at top of driveway near road today. Delivery company said they are curbside, call seller. Contacted Spreetail who said they refund all but $172. Sales page on Walmart.com says free returns within 30 days. Spreetail rep said I can return to Walmart store for full refund but I need to contact Walmart. Walmart handled very well. Spreetail did not and I recommend refraining from giving them your business and money. I hope Walmart rethinks allowing Spreetail to sell products from their website.
