The patented Ultimate Arm Sling was designed for extraordinary comfort. Made of soft, breathable cotton spandex fabric, it is lightweight and soft to the touch. The sling pouch stretches to adjust to the length of the arm from elbow to wrist. Two fabric loops keep the arm held gently and securely in place. The Ultimate Arm Sling supports the weight of an arm evenly to eliminate pressure points while dramatically reducing neck fatigue. Plus, the hook and loop closure on the Ultimate Arm Sling allows the sling to be easily adjusted in seconds.
The Joslin Swathe is an immobilizer strap designed to gently hold the arm against the body. When used with the Ultimate Arm Sling or any other universal arm sling, the Joslin Swathe provides a comfortably secure, low-impact immobilizing system. The entire swathe is made of lightweight fabric with a hook and loop fastener that allows the sling to be adjusted and secured to any length in seconds. It’s designed to fit both left and right arms. All swatches are latex free and can be machine washed and dried. The Joslin Swathe is an effective, comfortable immobilizing strap. It is available in black.

I am struggling right now with rotator cuff tendonitis, and I got this sling to help it to get me out of pain. It does help. the part where your arm goes in is stretch, so it makes it more comfortable. And you can adjust the length of the sling, which is also a big deal for me. I recommend this.
