Broken bulb, not sending replacement?

I cannot review, because we havent been able to use projector. I cannot believe that we are in need of this projector and it came with a broken bulb, therefore we were not able to use it when we needed it. I have no problem with the bulb possibly breaking in delivery on the truck, however, instead of just sending me a new replacement bulb, you sent me a mailing label to send back the whole projector! Really, you can't just send the replacement bulb, that would be less time and less money spent for you. Can you please just simply replace the bulb so we can use the projector that we need?
