Wrong color sent

I ordered this brand of sanded grout but was sent the wrong color. My color of choice was sand stone which was advertised and shown pictures of but the color linen was sent me. Very disappointing because I thought my job would be finished in a couple of days but now i have to reorder hoping the right color comes this time.
