Disappearing under eye allergy puffyness
It works very well when I have slight under eye allergy puffiness. Trick is to not be heavy handed and use a light touch and not slather product on. Allow to dry which doesn't take long. Control skin tightness by gently dabbing bit of moisture if needed. I often mix w/water base liquid makeup and blend it in. When dry apply powder also w/light touch.
