Poor quality materials, fell apart after 2.5 month
Purchased this desk for a my 1st grade daughter in the beginning of September, 2024. By the end of October, 2024, the back panel started falling apart. I kept tightening it. A couple of weeks later, the side wall started going off. Two weeks ago, the inner side of the drawers went apart. I keep tightening everything up it up to avoid having drawers completely fall off. What a piece of crap product, just like everything they sell these days. I called customer service to ask for some help. They said they can't do anything since it's 1 month past return date. I told them that I don't need a refund. Just a replacement or even perhaps just the parts. They said no. Their customer service is just like their products - crappy. This was my very last purchase from walmart. Goodbye walmart!
