Jensen SCR-68C - Cassette player

Bought this to play old cassette tapes using my car's auxiliary plug. Works great! Sound quality is what you would expect using 20 year old tapes, but my kids love it... There is something to say for simplicity.

First, I was surprised tape cassette players were even made any more. I had two that I had used to play my "meditation" (autogenics) tape but they both quit working. So I was delighted to find this one on Walmart online and at such a great price. Shipment was quick and it works very well. There is a tiny bit of noise when I play my tape but that could be because the tape is 15 years old. It doesn't have high speed rewind so I have to turn the tape around each time I finish and fast forward to rewind it. The sound quality isn't quiet as good as I remember the old AIWA I used to use had (which also had the fast rewind feature). But hey, I'm just glad I found a new player. (p.s. I had tried to find an APP for my IPhone that would replace my old tape but what I had found just wasn't as good). Walmart delivered again!!
