Size up and you can't return this to Walmart!!

The waist is definitely not a large. I am a size 10 and all other large size skirts fit. This one was horribly tight. And now I have to return it to the seller and not to walmart. And since they won't cover the cost of shipping I have to pay! Shipping cost is $8!!!! This is not a good purchase if you have to return it. Definitely size up if you decide to Purchase.
