These path lights are Durable, constructed of black plastic with hammered-glass plastic lens. Hammered look gives style and shape to the light that shines. This box contains 8 path lights. Each Path light has one warm-white LED. The light beam puts out 120-degree wide angle to cover more than average. Each fixture has 2.5 Lumens. The unit comes pre-assembled with a pre-charged AA NiCd battery (includes (400mAh) AA NiCd Re-chargeable battery).. Runs 8 hours on a full charge. 12-inch area of illumination. 8 pieces per box. A solar lamp is a portable light fixture composed of a LED lamp, a photovoltaic solar panel, and a rechargeable battery. Solar panel on top the lamp recharges the battery with sunlight. Solar lamps recharge during the day. At dusk, they turn on automatically and remain illuminated overnight, depending on how much sunlight they receive during the day. Discharging time is generally 8 to 10 hours. Battery Type is NiCd. Moonrays lamps are Brighter because they put out more LUX than regular solar lamps. LUX is the measurable amount of light that falls on the ground from a lamp. Moonrays solar lamp take all design factors into consideration to give premium light output. These lights are plastic but they look like metal. So if you keep in mind that they need to be handled more delicately than you would the metal ones, you will do fine placing them. They are bright and I like the pattern of lights that they emit. If you're looking for good lights at a good price, these are your product. Just remember that they are plastic, so be gentle!

I bought four boxes of 8. Three will be shipped to my parents house outside of the country. These are very cute and easy to install. I need not worry that my parents will not be able to put them together for their garden ba cause they are very easy to install.
