I purchased this as a gift for my 10 yo nephew. So far so good. Now he doesn't have to stare at his tiny phone screen. I love that I didn't have to spend top $ on something just for them to watch videos and/or play games. There's only 1 thing I was disappointed by and that was it did NOT come with the cord or the box to charge it. Getting the cords wasn't a huge extra expense but when you along with 2 nephews have to share the plug until you can get out to purchase them cords, nobody has a full charge on their electronics because we all share and took turns.

The tablet is awesome but where the trouble comes in is the notification from Walmart and Fed-Ex which both suck. I have never been so upset in my life as i was with this transaction. I had 4 different delivery dates from Fed-Ex and none of them made the delivery. I had 2 from Walmart and they were taking their marching orders from Fed-Ex i think. According to Fed-Ex it was on the truck 3 different times and instead of delivering it wound up back at the warehouse for 2 more days and then they put it back on a truck, rode it around and carried it back to the warehouse. If this is going to be Walmarts delivery system i will go back to Ebay. Once was enough for me. And as far as the packing goes just think of a box that has traveled all over the country and thrown from truck to warehouse and back to the truck. The package was half open and am totally surprised it was not broken. Thank goodness i got the extra warranty because i may need it.
