This is a great heart rate monitor. Buyers should be aware that it simply - and only - monitors your heart rate. It will not give you the information on number of calories burned. You can use the information this DOES give you to plug into an online program that will give the other information if it is needed, or wanted. VERY easy to use!

Because of its price point I was concerned about possible glitchy performance, but it works well. A concern was inconvenient battery replacement (compared to Polar) but I haven't done that yet.
