A quality product. The 3-ply material is 1/10” thick, probably sufficient to distribute heat (not yet tested). The roasting pan is about 16” x 13” and 3” deep. The rack looks sturdy and fits well. Handles could be a tad bigger to accommodate oven mitts, but with care should work. This model may have been discontinued and represents excellent value for money while supplies last.
