works great 2014 Mazda cx5 with factory Bose amp
I installed an aftermarket stereo in my 2014 Mazda cx5 with the factor Bose system with the amp. this tunes down the signal from the stereo that leads to the factory amp. if you have distorted sound or extremely loud sound this will fix your issue. very easy to install color coding should match up with your aftermarket market harness. I soldered the wire and used electrical tape you might be fine with just electrical tape but solder has a more permanent way of keeping the wires together long term. it works great I tuned the scoche to roughly the 2pm position on all 4 switches but adjust to your liking. make sure you line up input side to your aftermarket stereo wires and output to aftermarket harness leading to factory harness. if wired in reverse it won't work.
