Convenient and Easy to Use

Cannot believe I only just discovered how convenient these little shreds are. They were part of my emergency prep stash. Now since I am switching from a Keto diet to GLP-1 it is nice to be able to add a pinch of shreds to replace vegetables or anything else that adds crunch to meals but they upset my stomach. I like adding flavor to plain shreds with bouillon and mushroom powder-or Korean Dashida powder. Since I am avoiding fat for now, I haven't made hashbrowns with them--yet.

I have bought these potato shreds sooo many times. They are GREAT, Just add water wait, once they are rehydrated you discard any extra water. Put these in a pan with oil or butter, bell peppers maybe even eggs. These make great home fries. Why wait for an emergency? Use them on hot dogs or as a side with stake. LOVE these Plain out of the can. They are like thick potato chips. Ha ha YUMMM ♥
