Sturdy product, fantastic company

I haven't gotten the drives into this yet, but the case is very sturdy. The screw holes on the two sides had some plastic still across the holes that I just had to punch out but otherwise the structure went together well and is very logical and well built. The company's customer service is fantastic! I was having trouble with attaching the fan, I emailed their sales and they responded the same day explaining I did have the correct hardware, and they actually made up a new entire instruction sheet specifically for that one step that immediately cleared up the issue.
