If a product proves to be defective in either materials or workmanship, Boraam will repair product at no charge with new replacement parts. I was very suprised at the quality of these bar stools. When i ordered them i was leary they would be cheaply made not so!!! They are very nice stools and will advise any of my friends to by them too!! I love them and they look extreemly nice at my kitchen center island. Thank you walmart for such good quality furniture at a really good price.
