My son loves these shoes.

Great traction on turf. Also made a big difference on the 60 yd time as well as reaction time for grounders and steals. My son mentioned the are comfortable and the first thing he noticed was being able to stop and pivot without sliding. We would recommend these shoes for turf ware. Important to note. My son only wears these on turf meaning he takes off the shoes once he is off the field to avoid wearing out the stubs.

I played baseball as a kid and now my sons are playing baseball. I needed a shoe that would be designated for the field which is dirty red clay and grass. These New Balance turfs fit the bill. The styling is top-notch! I've found that new balance is second to none in the industry regarding cost, comfort and most of all quality. This is my second pair of NB turfs (4040v5). The turfs previous ran a little small so I got these a half size bigger than my 990v5 and 4040v5. Keep em coming NB! Love the gummy sole bottoms!
