Perfect solution for my pastel pencils

I searched a long time, hunting for something to store my pastel pencils, that would also be easy to use when I am creating my pastel artwork. The SoHo Urban Artist Pencil Easel Case is the perfect solution! I love the elastic drawstring, with the button lock (that holds the easel sections in an upright position). There are 3 sections, so when 2 are pulled into the upright position, the 3rd lays flat.

Good for travel

I bought two sizes, one for my Prismacolor Premiers & one for my Verithins, thinking they'd be good desktop organizers. I like keeping my colors in groups, and the wallets work well for that. They also work far better than the tin/box the pencils came in for taking on trips and avoiding spills. Because colored pencil is so time-consuming, I find myself not taking the time to take pencils in and out of the wallets while I'm drawing. Instead, I may build a desktop organizer using toilet paper cores, as shown in the Colored Pencil Solution book; and mainly use the wallets for travel.
