exactly as advertised

Bought this to replace used cartridge and it absolutely is a genuine filter so rest easy knowing you're not buying a generic brand. I have since seen bigger packs being sold for cheaper per item item but this is still much cheaper than buying from a pet store.

Good quality filter

I got this filter pack for the second time. It delivers filtered water along with the Closer Pets fountain.Thew only thing I can say about the manufacturer is that this product is refillable with new filter pellets and mesh the company should supply pellets and new filters mesh that fits exact fit in it. Otherwise I am happy with this as it will clean the water.

Effective filter

Arrived extremely quickly and fitted perfectly. Very happy with this pet fountain water dispenser overall - far better than my last, bigger one. Seems to keep the water fresher than last unit I had and clears the limescale (of which we have a lot in our area) very well.
