excellent condition & customer service - finally

My order was mishipped and consequently delayed. It arrived 1 week later than originally promised. I was compensated with a price adjustment. When I received arrival notification, I went to the store and discovered that I did not have my receipt. The clerk was able to look me up in the computer and I got my purchase. Overall, a good experience except for the shipping delay.

not bad for the price

This was the required textbook for my drawing class, so needless to say I was thrilled I could find it at walmart instead of having to pay a ton for a drawing book at the college bookstore. It seems to cover the basics pretty well, but doesn't go too far in depth about how to draw facial features (only covers the proportions and alignment). Overall worth the money and a lot better than some books that I pay five times as much for.
