If you love Egg-Salad Sandwiches as much as I do.. you will absolutely love this little machine... no more big water spills and mess and no more weird colored egg yolks.. this machine cooks them just perfect... Soft, medium or hard boiled... and the poaching tray makes beautiful, soft and fluffy eggs. This machine has a steamer also .. want some steamed broccoli or carrots with breakfast? We have been using it for over a month and it is a big help during the busy morning hours. My teenager puts in the eggs and it's perfectly hard boiled every time. No more watching the clock.
