My mother is 95 lb. 5'3". These fit her a little snug. i bought the medium. These didn't last all night, maybe six hours without leaking. Very soft though and comfortable. Just wish they had really lasted longer.

Maybe they are all right for people that don't sleep on their backs but I do. I gave it two stars but I would have given it five stars if it had not leaked. I like the feel of them and they did not leak around my legs
