Fit and Design Missed the Mark

I really wanted to love this shirt because it definitely has potential, but it just didn't work for me. First off, I highly recommend sizing up one to two sizes because this is a very slim-fitting top. The description is accurate when it says stretchy, hourglass-shaped, and fitted… it truly is. Unfortunately, it ended up being way too tight for me to feel comfortable wearing out. For reference, I'm 119 pounds with a petite frame, short torso, and small chest, and I ordered a size small. It clung much more than I expected and just wasn't flattering or comfortable on my body. The material itself is super soft and feels like decent quality, though I wouldn't say it's anything exceptional. One positive is that the white fabric isn't see-through. I wore a nude bra underneath and couldn't see any contrast, which was a nice surprise. My biggest issue is with the overall design. The ribbed texture gives it more of a casual, tank-top feel, while the ruffled sleeves lean a bit dressier. The two styles don't really blend well together, so it feels a little mismatched. The product photos with the blonde model are accurate to what I received, but the size chart image didn't clearly represent the ruffle detail on the sleeves, which was a bit misleading. Overall, it's not a terrible shirt, but between the tight fit and the mismatched design elements, it just wasn't the right fit for me.
