This removable strainer is made by Vollrath. These false bottoms can be used with metal, plastic, and all Super Pan 3 pans. This removable strainer fits half size bottoms. These pull out colanders are taken out of steam table pans easily with help from finger holes. This removable strainer is made of a durable stainless steel that will hold up for a long time.
