all pieces broken

i ordered two of these dressers and was so excited. however when i opened the box - both dressers were filled with broken pieces. the back boards of the bigger parts were split in half and the small rail pieces were cracked. other boards were chipped. returning both of these as i cant use them . very dissappointed.
