Over priced, TINY toddler pillow!

My first thought when the package arrived: "Is this a joke?" I purchased the pillow for the color (which is a nice sage). The pillow is more like a very soft and squishy neck pillow (no firmness at all) and it came all rolled up in a ball. I expected it to be the size of the beige bed rest pillow I bought in store for $10 cheaper. This is NOT the normal bed rest pillow with arms. What a disappointment. I hope to return it as I can not think of one reason to keep it.

Yes, it was a complete letdown and the company tried to make it my fault; because of the size, they never stated that it was for a toddler and not an adult. The company stated that they would refund some of my money back and for me to keep it. I told them what can I do with it. Well, it's been over a week and I have not received my refund yet.
