Breathable fabric promotes air circulation and leaves the skin dry and cool while retaining its natural moisture. The Skin Smart Fabric is a hypoallergenic fabric with vitamin E, chamomile and aloe to promote skin health. Odor-Guard works to stop odors from forming in the first place. For simple on-site use, disposable incontinence briefs with tabs have Easy-Lock Fastener to grip and hold without being sticky. The large-sized blue unisex adult diaper suits waists from 45 to 58 in. Latex-free adult diaper is ideal for those who are allergic to latex.

I have had a hard time using these for someone that broke their femur bone and hip. They don't stretch around his body even though they are a large. and he is really skinny. Have to scotch tape it together. The sticky straps are hard to get open.
