[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive first aid kit, covering an array of potential issues and injuries while on the water. Allergies, minor pain, breaks, bites, scrapes, burns, etc. It even contains an antacid. With such a complete kit, it can provide first aid for ailments not considered until offshore. The first aid kit we had before contains a little over half of what this one does. What an upgrade. The storage box is impressive. Waterproof and a nice, comfortable rubber handle. On the inner lid, you have a list of all components in the kit. Ensures you are not going to lose the list. Good feature. The bright yellow color is ideal for the boat / water, too! I won’t be opening the organized components further than in the pictures, unless they are needed. This is of course one of those items you hope you never have to use, but a necessity to have. I recommend every boat owner have a sophisticated medical kit on board, whether or not it is mandated by law. This kit has everything you need in one quick purchase including being packaged in a water safe container. I believe you could build your own kit a little cheaper, but this is complete and ready for the water. I highly recommend it.
